We are looking for passionate, creative, and innovative teachers to pioneer a cutting edge mental health program in their classroom. The program utilizes an assessment-based, interactive curriculum to facilitate systematic exposure and in-depth exploration of wellness. We invite speakers of all types: advocates, healthcare professionals, artists, and include each school’s own professionals including YOU into the conversation. Through the CornerStore Chicago, we manifest a coalition of wellness professionals and act as an activator of change by empowering our youth. By highlighting representation and fostering a community that cares about their wellness, students will gain the opportunity to end the silence, break the stigma, build awareness, and restore trust within the mental health community.

Our first focus group will be Saturday, December 8th, at Chicago Lights from 11:00am to 2:00pm. You may share this form with up to 3 people who are equally as passionate as you in health and wellness. Space is limited, so please RSVP asap.
